Share your accessibility knowledge during our ninth annual virtual conference, Accessibility Summer Camp! This year’s ASC event will take place on June 12th, 2026 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CDT via Zoom. As a conference speaker, you can attend sessions as well as present and engage in valuable networking with like-minded professionals.
We are soliciting virtual presentations from all experience levels and backgrounds. Presentations should be engaging, encourage participant interaction, and be no longer than 45 minutes, including questions.

What is Accessibility Summer Camp?
The Accessibility Summer Camp is an affordable, one-day virtual conference, now in its 9th year, based out of Wichita, KS. Organized by dedicated volunteers from WSU Tech and across the United States, ASC connects professionals and educators with the best practices in accessibility.
The mission of the Accessibility Summer Camp (ASC) is to provide professional development in accessibility that empowers attendees to remove barriers and create quality, accessible digital and physical environments.
