Dr. Amy Lomellini

Accessibility Summer Camp is excited to welcome Dr. Amy Lomellini, Director of Accessibility at Blackboard, as our 2026 Keynote Speaker.
 

Dr. Lomellini is an internationally respected leader in digital accessibility whose work bridges scholarly research, practitioner expertise, and lived experience as a disabled scholar‑practitioner. At Blackboard, she drives inclusive digital learning by integrating accessibility into product development, organizational culture, and global educational ecosystems. 

Her academic contributions include peer‑reviewed publications, authorship and co‑editing of books, and presentations at major international conferences. As adjunct faculty, she teaches educational technology and digital accessibility, with research centered on inclusive online course design and the evolving intersections of AI, technology, pedagogy, and equity.
