Fighting the Resistance? Try Understanding the Resistance: Real Stories of Buy-In Challenges and Wins!
Presented by the Jennifer Roe, Program Director of Leadership and Personal Development at WSU Tech and Krystal Iseminger, Instructional Technologist at WSU Tech
Join members of WSU Tech's Accessibility Committee for a candid look at our journey to increase buy-in for accessibility initiatives and culture change throughout the college. We will discuss tactics for understanding resistance and present interviews with faculty on the frontlines of changes in some of the most challenging disciplines. We will highlight successes and how we got there and leave plenty of time for discussion of continuing challenges both digital and physical in our college and your institution. This will be interactive, so bring your reflections and questions!
